Backstory

I have always enjoyed photography. When I was young, quite often, I would steal my mom’s 110 camera from her purse and snap a couple of surprises for when she developed the roll. In high school and early college, I got really into 35mm b&w. I loved every aspect of the process, from shooting to the darkroom. Even though I stopped using an SLR for a long time (and no longer use a dark room), I have always retained a fondness of this hobby. When I acquired a new SLR this year, I decided to start this blog. Part of it was inspiration from my friends (linked to from the “links” tab) who keep similar blogs. Since I still use the cam phone and the point-and-shoot quite a bit, I will mix those photos into some posts as well. Pardon me if the majority of the subject matter ends up being Reagan and Piper. It is no secret that I am very biased when it comes to photos of them. One might say that Reagan is my muse, if that sort of thing still exists (not that I pretend to be some sort of bona fide artist). Enjoy.
